Yes, we offer both in-house cleaners and garden maintenance staff. After the property is cleared, we can do an end-of-tenancy clean and a garden tidy-up; these services are available as add-ons. Garden maintenance includes trimming back overgrowth and tidying up for the new owners or for estate agent photos.
Absolutely! Most of the clothes and books will go to a charity on the island, along with some furniture or knick-knacks that we can’t use. If you have a specific charity in mind, just let us know, and we can give them a call beforehand to make sure they’re okay with receiving the items.
The quote usually takes about 1-2 days, but if you need it sooner, we can provide a same-day quote in the evening. After you accept the quote, it typically takes around 5-7 days to get booked in for the clearance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and can schedule rush jobs if our calendar permits.
We only use recycling centres and never land fill. We have a few options on the island and they all have a 95% landfill diversion target.
